I am a Registered Occupational Therapist and a Certified Handwriting Specialist through Handwriting Without Tears.

Experience

I have over 30 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. I am currently working for as a consultant in two school districts in Alaska, but still have plenty of time here to tutor. The last 17 years have been spent in a school setting. I have more than 20 years experience teaching children how to form their letters and use a writing implement. All ages from 3 year old on. Although Leslie is an OTR, this is NOT therapy. She teaches children how to form their letters and hold their pencils or crayons.
